Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 days of receipt; processing and delivery times are different. Items that are in stock will normally be shipped within 3 days of processing, excluding delays that are beyond our control for example: delays caused by the postal service or commercial carriers, or outside events such as the weather or public health issues. Since most of our items are crafted here at our Vermont shop in small batches. there may be delays up to several weeks on any items that are not in stock at the time an order is placed. Please contact us if you have a specific scheduling issues about your purchase. Pick up at our shop is possible by appointment only.
Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout may or may not include import duties, import taxes such as VAT, or other international shipment charges, depending on the destination country. We will verify shipment charges with you on an order-by-order basis.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number that you can use to check on the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's' system.
